Katie has worked at Rugeley Power Station since 2001 delivering environmental programmes to schools. Katie is a qualified primary school teacher and also has a degree in Environmental Science. She has over fifteen years experience in the Environmental Education sector.

Steven has taught in primary schools as well as a period at Pennfield’s Special School since 1991. He has a passion for outdoor learning and environmental issues and set up and developed an Eco-Schools Committee at his last school which went on to become the 2nd Green Flag Eco School in Wolverhampton. He also was instrumental in organising local businesses to support developments in the school grounds and established raised beds, a new pond and a woodland walk. Steven has run a Watch group in Wolverhampton at The Wildside Activity Centre for 4 and a half years.
